About Philoptochos
The Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society is the women's philanthropic society of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. Our chapter is open to all adult women at Saint Catherine.
Our mission is to help those in need by our charitable activities, to perpetuate Orthodox Christian concepts and promote the Greek Orthodox Faith, and to promote activities of the Greek Orthodox community with the cooperation of our Priest and Parish Council.
Our organization has been actively involved in numerous philanthropic activities supporting communities locally, nationally and internationally. With a membership that includes women from all walks of life, Philoptochos serves as a testament to the power of compassion and service in the world.
