Responsible for facility to include rentals, parish events, permanent tenants (preschool, volleyball, soccer), and vendor providers for maintenance as well as office suppliers.
Works directly with the Clergy and Parish Council a well as the Facilities Committee on a regular basis.
Staff liaison for the Church Safety Committee.
Schedules service/repairs as needed or as required.
Orders supplies needed for facility, office supplies and coffee hour.
Reviews and approves all payables, oversees staff, prepares and sends parish mailings.
