  • General office management

  • Responsible for facility to include rentals, parish events, permanent tenants (preschool, volleyball, soccer), and vendor providers for maintenance as well as office suppliers.

  • Works directly with the Clergy and Parish Council a well as the Facilities Committee on a regular basis.

  • Staff liaison for the Church Safety Committee.

  • Schedules service/repairs as needed or as required.

  • Orders supplies needed for facility, office supplies and coffee hour.

  • Reviews and approves all payables, oversees staff, prepares and sends parish mailings.
